I’m Mara—an independent entrepreneur with a deep passion for HR structures, organizational psychology, and lifelong learning. My journey in human resources began in the traditional way with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. Building on this solid foundation, I’ve continuously developed my career over two decades at both national and international companies, progressing from HR Associate to HR Business Partner and ultimately to HR Director. Whether it’s a dynamic agency, IT, telecommunications, clinical research, retail, or the chemical industry—I understand the specific challenges of these various sectors from my own extensive, long-standing practical experience.
I am driven by a curiosity to really get to the bottom of things. That is why I have broadened my academic and professional expertise alongside my full-time career. I hold a degree in economics, am a certified occupational safety specialist and psychological counselor, and am a trained data protection officer (GDPR). As a highly sensitive person, I also possess a natural ability to instantly grasp nuances and the underlying needs of individuals and teams.
