I’m a coach, educator, consultant, author, occupational health and safety officer, HR expert, data protection officer, and so much more...
But most importantly, I am Mara. I am here to help you get to the next stage and figuring out your next step with you.
Why should you trust me that I am able to get you there? Well apart of a strong educational background in economics, human resources, psychology, occupational health and safety, and data protection, as well as more than 20 years of professional experience in the industry, I’m really good at listening, asking the right questions, understanding where you are, where you want to be and showing you possibilities on how to get there. I am a highly sensitive person myself which equips me with a high level of empathy and curiosity. I developed and cultivated a high resilience that pairs well with my can-do attitude and my iron will to never give up if I set my mind on something and my mind is set on helping to transform our society into an inclusive one, where diversity is normal and perceived as strength, rather than someone being excluded because they are different. Which is a subject close to my heart.
